Went here for Wellington Wednesday with my friends and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Restaurant opens at 5 but wouldn't take reservations until after 530 so that was a bit weird and there was some construction next door but nothing unbearable. Regardless, staff was nice and very knowledgeable so overall it was a good experience. If you want a 5 star Beef Wellington experience without breaking the bank, this is it!

We went last night for the first time for dinner. The food was delicious and we were surprised at the large portions. The Calamari appetizer was cooked perfectly. The House salads were the best I’ve ever had and the homemade blue cheese dressing was out of this world.
Our main course meals were both cooked to perfection. The Oso Buco was so tender and prepared just right. I had homemade pasta, with sausage peppers onions which was out of this world.
Our server Stacia was exceptional!! We met Ania the manager and she was so lovely and gracious! Great atmosphere and my new favorite place in beautiful downtown Tarpon Springs!!
Will be going back to try some of the other great dishes on the menu.

What a surprisingly delicious, elevated spot! It’s cute but not stuffy, with an approachable vibe and excellent food. Tried the blue crab cake, a special waygu poutine, steak Diane, creme brûlée, and the chocolate torte. Everything was so delicious and well-balanced!

My favorites were the steak and the torte, but everything was honestly excellent. My husband had a special pork dish and he loved that too. The torte felt a little more like a fudge than a cake, but it was delicious all the same. It came with excellent fresh fruit and had such a wonderful balance of flavors and textures.

The server was great and the meal was paced perfectly. They have an extensive wine menu and some beers as well. Really looking forward to coming back to try more of the menu!

What a great place!
Came to dinner here with my husband and my 19 month old.
We loved it!! We loved the ambiance, the jazz music, the lighting and the feel of the restaurant. It’s the type of place you can really enjoy a glass of wine and feel super cozy in. It’s very intimate and overall had a great vibe.
The food was also amazing! We had crab cake, risotto (best I’ve ever had!) and the beef Wellington!! everything was so delicious!
They even gave us a complimentary frozen mango dessert!
We are coming back for sure!
Highly recommend it! You will love it!

Had dinner last night with my friend. I had the mushroom beignet which had both a lovely flavor and texture. For my main course, we had the beef Wellington. This was only the second time that I have tried this dish and it was miles above the one I had the first time. Very happy to have finally stopped in after wanting to come for some time now.

Amazing food. I ordered the onion soup and my wife got the blue crab cake. Both were out of this world. The entree we ordered was the Beef Wellington and needless to say it did not disappoint. The chef and his wife are both very nice people. Will be back again.

We got the octopus app...completely my fault I did not like it as I didn't let her explain it to me. I ASSUMED it was charred...it was not. I could tell the quality was excellent but not to my preference. For dinner we got the lamb chops cooked a perfect med rare and the shrimp risotto also creamy and delicious. Our server suggested a perfect wine pairing for my meal. A palette cleanser was served before dinner...always a nice touch.All and all was a great experience. Parking is always an issue in that place but the restaurant did have designated spots right up front...I didn't notice that until I had already found a spot in an adjacent lot.

We have lived in Boca Raton for close to 20 years and have often thought about trying Le Bistro but somehow never got around to it. What a waste of 20 years!! One of our favorite dishes is Beef Wellington we even went to the Gordon Ramsay restaurant at the Savoy in London to try their specialty. I have to say, sorry Mr. Ramsay, that we enjoyed the Wellington at Le Bistro more. Please don't misunderstand me the Wellington at the Savoy was delicious but Le Bistro's just edged it. The filet mignon was melt in your mouth, the duxelles not over powering and pastry done to perfection Le Bistro's Wellington definitely gets our vote. The atmosphere was sophisticated but friendly. Great selection of wines and beers. The owners Elin and Andy, Chef, spent 30 minutes talking with us like me Andy is British so we had a lot to discuss. We had a 5 star experience and have found our new "go to" restaurant. Thanks Elin and Andy for a great night, see you very soon our daughter, Maya, will not let us wait long for her to try your Wellington.
