This is my first review I’ve ever written honestly LOL! But I really just wanted to take the time to give credit where credit is due! I came in to buy a last minute gift for my girlfriend but had no idea what to get her. I knew that there was a specific scent that she used but I was not sure of the name. The associate, Massiah was able to help me find it with the small amount of information I was able to give him. I know I came at the very last minute and I really am appreciative he was able to take the time to help me! Will be returning.

An awful experience from the start. As soon as I walked in, I felt out of place. The associate didn't even bother to stand up and engage with me. Despite my clear intention to make a purchase, he responded to my questions with a smug attitude. I couldn't handle his disdain and chose to leave. Thanks for ruining my Saturday. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely terrible experience. As soon as I walked in I felt unwelcome. Was not greeted and the whole time I was in the store the employees looked at me with disgust. Every time I would ask a question about a product they had such attitude answering. They sure didn’t act the same way to the well dressed white couple who came in after though… don’t waste your time at this racist shop

After falling in love with the scents I decided to go to the actual location nearby me and the store is really nice unfortunately I was disappointed by the service. There was no greeting or welcoming feeling. I was looked at as if I was lost and asked if I had questions and mentioned I wanted to smell and find a fragrance that I liked.

I called to ask a question, and I didn’t find the worker too friendly. In fact, most Le Labo sales associates that I’ve encountered—whether that was at a boutique or Nordstrom—were all a bit snobby and unwelcoming. The Customer Service Center for the online store takes a long time to return emails and does NOT answer calls. This company might make nice perfumes, but they sure could improve their customer service!

I like the way that Le Labo 24 smells so good and has a great staying power. When I called the official store online the young lady was so helpful!!! I’m sorry that the Patchouli 24 fragrance is being discontinued however, I’m happy to still find a bottle or two left b4 it does! Thank you.
