I ordered a muffin and butter croissant and canceled the croissant because there was a flying bug in the pastries shelf just landing on the pastries.
I wanted to get ice cream and there was a dead fly (not bug, A FLY with the green head/body) on the salted caramel ice cream. I alerted 3 different staff members about this and it was only the 3rd one that actually did something about it (I alerted them discreetly too as a courtesy)
Not only did they serve customers while the fly was still dead in the ice cream tray, (on the ice cream, not on the side of the tray. ON THE ACTUAL ICE CREAM) they also served the same salted caramel that had the fly without changing it out or anything. (I'm grossed out just writing this out)

The worst thing about this is that they are the restaurant that Hilton Beach Resort guests get their room service from.

This was absolutely disgusting.

I have receipts from the day I speak of, so these aren't "false claims"
June 12 around 4pm.

Please do better.

I paid $70 dll for a delicious pizza (real pizza), some wings with great spices seasoning and a rosemary mayo, a Cesar salada that was one of the best in my life, and a gyro that was the one I liked the least but still was delicious!!

I loved the patio area just outside. The service was ehhhh. I stood behind the gelato bar for like 5 minutes while the woman just basically ignored me. I had to walk to the other side to ask someone where I should order gelato. The gentleman that checked me out was very nice and the selection of goods is okay.

Service was terrible, especially the guy who took my order, probably named Raga, the guy in the cashier with a white tee shirt the day of July 16th. I live a block away and have much better options around.

Told the girl at the counter 10 times what Pizza we wanted and she still got it wrong.
A soda was $6.00 from the cooler.
Place is a ripoff.

Pizza was really bad, in fact I deserve a refund it was so bad. I could only choke down one slice. Took it back to the condo and threw it in the trash. Carrot cake okay.

Cohen needs to go. He literally yelled at me... a guest of the hotel for taking my complimentary water included in the resort fee. He accused my sister of "stealing" a third water when she had brought her own. The insanity. Idk what misogyny they teach in employee training here but I will never return and was deeply shocked and upset to be treated that way.
