If you're looking for an authentic French bakery experience, Le Molière French Bakery in North Palm Beach is a must-visit. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the rich aroma of freshly baked pastries and the inviting warmth of French coffee. The menu is filled with an array of bakery specialties, including artisan pastries, breakfast croissants, all made with freshly imported ingredients.

I had the spinach quiche, which came with a fresh salad, walnuts, and a delicious dressing. The quiche was exceptional—perhaps the best I've had in the U.S. so far. My sister couldn't resist trying the coffee and pastries, and we were both blown away by the high quality of everything we tried. The flavors were spot on, and it was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation of each item.

The service was also fantastic; the staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you haven't been to Le Molière yet, I highly recommend making the trip. This place is a gem, and it's clear they take pride in offering a true taste of France.

This cafe is absolutely fantastic. The bakery items, breakfast sandwiches and coffee are to die for. As we sat in their turquoise bistro chairs we felt like the Eiffel Tower should have been right outside the window. The manager and staff were so friendly and gracious. The vibes are immaculate and the aesthetic is clean with just the right amount of french panache. Highly recommend!

We stumbled upon this place while driving around looking for a brunch spot. We were more than pleasantly surprised. As soon as you walk in you feel like you’re in a Parisian bakery. The food was delicious. Serving sizes are generous and everything tastes so so fresh. I love it! We got the egg and cheese croissant, la mer sandwich and a berry tart. Delicious!!! There was this older lady from Poland who reminded me of my husbands’s grandmother that was so hospitable. She was the highlight for us.

Has been the best edition by far. Cakes, pastries, croissants, chocolates, teas, marshmallows kid candies, you name it. Everything is always fresh. Their sandwiches are absolutely delicious &+ The best quiches that I’ve seen in a very long time !

I really could not rave about this place enough 10 out of 10 recommended.

Staff are very welcoming and pleasant. The pastries looked really appetizing but more importantly it tasted delicious. The fruit tart and chouquettes were very good. The fruit tart was crisp and the fruits with the cream kept its integrity. The chouquette without cream has a light, airy, crisp and sweet shell. The chouquette with cream was even better. Overall the pastries were not too sweet, no artificial sugary taste. They were all very fresh and delicious.

Tried this place for the first time. I had high hopes. They were dashed. Quiche was overcooked (burnt) and the consistency was one of curdled eggs. The almond croissant was also overcooked (burnt) and bitter, and the almond paste inside had baked solid. This is not how it should be. The coffee wasn't very good (they don't grind beans fresh before making espresso, but use pods similar to a Keurig). All in all, very mediocre for premium prices.

For a good French bakery, there are better options.

In response to the restaurant: I find your response (that you subsequently changed... I added a screenshot of the partial response that showed in my email for people reading this so they can make their own conclusions) to my review both condescending and insulting. I AM a big fan of Italian coffee and certainly have a palette for it (how dare you assume that I don't like the swill you serve because I don't know any better), and have a $2k DeLonghi machine in my house where I make coffee every day that puts yours to shame.

I never said you used a Keurig, but you DO use a drop in pod of ground coffee (not freshly ground) and the teaspoon of pure grit I had in the bottom of my cup was UNACCEPTABLE.

My initial 3 star review was GENEROUS considering I threw away more than half of my croissant and half of my coffee as they were not worth consuming, so I have edited it. I only ate the sorry excuse for a quiche because I spend $15 on it, was hungry, and was already late for work. Clearly your attitude is as bad as your offerings. I think I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on. Based on your response I don't feel you will even deserve another chance.

EDIT: How can you say I ate the food at another restaurant You assume too much with no information. THAT IS MY DINING ROOM TABLE!!! I took my to-go order home, 1) because I was running late for work and 2) because your chairs are uncomfortable.

Nice French bakery with fresh baked pastries. Delish pastries, sandwiches and wraps

We had a pistachio croissant. We also had a tuna sandwich and a mushroom quiche.
