Chauffeur heeft schade veroorzaakt. Gebruik goed taalgebruik en is erg lomp. Legt sleutelbos op de auto bijv. Ontkent vervolgens dat hij schade veroorzaakt heeft dan wordt er contact met je opgenomen met de mededeling dat er niks mee gebeurt omdat de bijgeleverde foto's niet genoeg laten zien. Vervolgens wordt de email genegeerd en je aan je lot overgelaten.
