Alerte – Marchandise manquante et absence totale de suivi

Nous avons mandaté cette entreprise pour transporter début août différents articles remportés aux enchères. Lors de la livraison, il manquait un article. Le chauffeur nous a assuré qu’il serait livré ultérieurement et que nous serions contacté.
• 23 août 2025 : premier message, sans réponse.
• 28 août 2025 : relance, on nous informe que toute la marchandise a été livrée.
• Nous contestons ; ils nous répondent que le chauffeur ayant récupéré la marchandise n’était pas celui qui a livré et qu’ils doivent se renseigner.
• 3 septembre 2025 : relance, ils indiquent que les recherches sont en cours et espèrent nous transmettre des nouvelles le jour-même.
• 17 septembre 2025 : nouvelle relance, transmission de la déclaration de douane qui confirme que l’article manquant n’était pas dans le camion. Nous leur donnons un ultime délai jusqu’au 24 septembre 2025 pour fournir la date de livraison ou le remboursement de l'article.

Depuis, aucune réponse malgré plusieurs tentatives de contact par différents moyens.

Nous déconseillons vivement cette entreprise à toute personne souhaitant un transport fiable et un suivi sérieux. Si vous envisagez de leur confier vos marchandises, soyez très prudents.

⚠️ Mise à jour suite à la réponse de l’entreprise :
L’entreprise prétend que tout a été livré et que la déclaration de douane serait erronée. Or, il s’agit d’un document officiel qui prouve clairement que l’article manquant n’était pas dans le camion. De plus, ils n'ont jamais dit que tout avait été livré car ils devaient faire des recherches.
Ils ont eux-mêmes reconnu que c’était étrange car le chauffeur qui a récupéré et livré la marchandise n’était pas le même et qu’ils devaient vérifier (jamais eu de retour).
Quand on lit les nombreux autres avis négatifs, une évidence s’impose : soit nous serions tous des menteurs/voleurs, soit le problème vient bel et bien de leur organisation.

P.S. : L’entreprise devait me rappeler et répondre à mes mails… visiblement trop compliqué. Par contre, pour répondre à un avis Google, là ils trouvent le temps.

Contrary to other experience here, we have had a great service with Auction Logistics. The pickup order was quickly made without much effort (and little front-up information to be honest), but the delivery was great. A phone call one day in advance, delivery on the minute and most importantly, all transported goods were delivered in marvelous shape.

Zeer onprofessioneel:
Graafbakje gekocht wat eigenlijk makkelijk in een personenwagen past (en ook met de hand te tillen is): ruim 100 euro om af te leveren. Echter had zelf echt geen tijd, dus akkoord gegaan.

Wordt netjes gebeld, wordt dinsdag afgeleverd. Hele dag thuis gebleven. Niets.
Dan krijg je einde dag belletje: we komen donderdag afleveren?
Vraag je waarom niet vandaag, krijg je eerst verbazing dat ze van niets weten voor vandaag en vervolgens de opmerking: Tja maar de receptioniste (weet ik of het receptioniste was Geen idee, hun woorden) had die afspraak nooit mogen maken!

Uiteindelijk zelf aanhanger opgepikt en bakje bij hun opgehaald, daar ik
.1 niet nog een keer een dag wilde wachten (deze dag was toch al naar de kloten nu)
.2 er geen vertrouwen meer in had, dat ze dan wel komen.

Op de vraag of er nog financieel iets gedaan kan worden, omdat ze niet af hoeven te leveren EN hun afspraak niet nakomen wordt je gewoon genegeerd.

Ich hatte eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Auction Logistics B.V. Die gelieferte Liege war beschädigt, weil der Fahrer das Gerät auf der Seite liegend und verantwortungslos behandelt hat. Darüber hinaus wurden zwei Waren nicht geliefert. Trotz mehrerer Telefonate und Schreiben gab es keine Reaktion auf meine Beschwerden. Der Kundenservice ist sehr unprofessionell und ich werde auf keinen Fall wieder mit diesem Unternehmen arbeiten. Sehr enttäuschend!

Troostwijk den açık arttırma ile aldığımız Forklifti teslim aldık ve getirdik bu firma aracılığıyla Zamanında da teslim aldılar bu güzel yönü. Fiyat biraz yüksek olsada daha önce teklif verip kabul ettiğimiz için bu konuda bir şey söyleme hakkımız yok. Kendimiz kabul ettik neticede.
Tek olumsuz söyleyebileceğim yada eleştiri yapabileceğim şey iletişim. Gerçi email yoluyla sorduğumuz her şeyi hızlı bir şekilde açık ve net şekilde cevapladılar. Bu güzeldi. Ancak forklifti teslim aldıklarında bana bilgilendirme yapmadılar teslim aldık diye ancak biz sorunca "Evet teslim aldık " gibi kısa bir cevap verdiler. Romanya'ya ne zaman teslim olacağını sorduğumuzda belli olunca haber veririz gibi bir cevap verdiler. Yani teslimat konusunda müşterilerinizi daha net ve hızlı bir şekilde bilgilendirebilirseniz. Tek eleştirim bu.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour, stay away. We paid them for dismantling, packing, and loading goods of an auction. First of all the lack of communication, but also the result of their "specialized work", is something that I have never experience in my life all the years that I am in this job. And I have done a lot of work with Germans and Dutch....

If there was zero stars, I would have chosen it. The only reason I am writing this post, is to save as much as I can from their "services". Unskilled workers made the worst packing they could....
