Asociaal kutbedrijf, ik kan het niet anders formuleren helaas. Vrachtwagen van dit bedrijf rijdt in een 30km zone tegen mijn geparkeerde auto aan waar de kinderen achterin zitten, die wonder boven wonder met de schrik vrijkomen. Auto onbruikbaar, maar we konden dus ook niet met de vouwwagen op een korte vakantie. Natuurlijk, materiële schade is keurig vergoed, maar de immateriële schade wilde de 'afdeling schades' niets van weten. Vakantie weg, kinderen enorm geschrokken en ze komen niet eens op het idee om een bloemetje te sturen. Wat een mentaliteit zeg. Maargoed, het feit alleen al dat een vervoerder een aparte 'afdeling schades' heeft zegt al genoeg over deze hut. Geen zaken mee doen!
