ik heb hier filters besteld voor mijn warmte terugwin unit en door een kapotte intercom aan mijn kant kon de bezorging niet plaats vinden, na contact te hebben gehad boekten filters-bestellen het om naar mijn werk adres, helaas lukte het tansmission niet om dit juist te bezorgen ( ander postcode gebied dus ander distributie centrum) dit heeft in totaal een 2 weken geduurd voor het wel zijn weg naar mijn werk heeft weten te vinden.

Tijdens het contact heb ik geen moment het gevoel gehad dat men mij zat was, al zullen ze er wel een hoop werk aan hebben gehad voor een relatief klein bedrag.

Pakket en producten zijn netjes verpakt binnen gekomen ondanks dat deze dus 2 weken aan het zwerven waren. Enige wat ik dus als opmerking zou plaatsen is dat ze beter kunnen kiezen voor een transporteur welke ook pick-up points heeft.
