Best taxi service in Amsterdam. Used them for 3 weeks and everything was Excellent with Mohamed. I think the car also help to make it possible. Jjj Mercedes S class, so comfortable

Would like to give zero stars, this is a rip off per excellence. We ordered a taxi from hotel in Rotterdam to Central station, waiting outside of the hotel. This car arrived, also with a taxi sign on the roof, so we took that one, thinking this was our ordered taxi. As another person was trying to get to the central station, we offered that this person can join us. After I few meters in the Taxi i asked to switch on the meter, the driver refused. Told us it’s a fixed price at 30 Euro. Getting to the hotel was 20. when we arrived he wanted 60, as we were 2 parties, we two and the other person!!! Although it was only one car, one drive, he insisted that we pay 60. and we had to as we were in hurry to catch the train. Worst company ever…….I sent them an email, never heard back….. customer support as it lowest level. Don’t use them!!

We had an arranged meeting point on which he never came. We had to go to another meeting point in the garage of the airport because he was late and then we were walking 15 minutes around to find his car.😂 At the end he was upset when we told him that this is unprofessional and so he send us back to arrange for another driver. Unacceptable. You are tired after all these hours travelling, you think you have transportation arranged and this is what you get.
