Lance Lebaron homes built my daughters house! He worked with her and her husband to design the home they always wanted! One of the most important things my daughter said she loved was the constant communication from him on the progress and the fact that he was in the home regularly making sure everything was completed to his standards. They have been in their home for 6 months now and love it! I also work with Lance as I am a Realtor. I recommended him to my daughter. It was so nice to hear from her and know she was being taken care of in the building process as it can be very stressful. Thank you Lance LeBaron Homes for making my daughters dream home come true!

We meet with Lance twice to talk about building us our new home in twin Falls area, he took us to some of the houses he was building at the time and showed us what his houses actually look like . He explained how we would have input all the way through the building process to get exactly what we wanted. After the second meeting we decided to go with Lance LeBaron Homes to build our house in Spring of 2021. I will update my review as we go along

We thoroughly enjoyed building with Lance. After talking to others building, we feel extremely blessed because there were no hidden cost and crazy markups. We knew every step of the way what we were getting and came in on budget. He showed integrity and honesty every step of the way. We were able to customize our home just how we wanted. We appreciate that Lance paid attention to the details of things like making our garage big enough to fit our full sized truck with room to spare, or shifting our house to one side on the lot in order to have trailer/ RV parking. This level of service only comes from experience and someone who cares about the product they are selling. If we were to build again in Twin Falls, we would definitely build with Lance LeBaron homes again!
