To start with the positive... Staff was very friendly and efficient. Sadly the breakfast was underwhelming to say the least, full cooked was smallish portion and barely cooked bacon and black pudding, fried egg drenched in oil. French toast ok but quite cold. Expensive for what it was. Thought it would be a treat compared to the service station next door but sadly it was not.

Great tasting food, lovely atmosphere. All the food we got while here on our holiday was lovely. The ladies that work in thw cafe are so friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone.

Thank you for the lovely breakfast! We got to sit in the conservatory which was sunny and warm.

The Scottish breakfast was delicious with thick slabs of bacon and a thick slice of toast. The eggs royale were poached perfectly. We'll definitely be coming back if we get the chance

The rest of the party enjoyed their meals, but there weren't many vegan options to choose from. I went with the pasta. Very bland, no veggies or side salad (everyone else got a side salad). Definitely not worth the money. Staff and venue were nice.

All was well on arrival, we chose our seats and sat down to read the menu. About a minute later, we were asked if we knew what we were having to eat/ drink.

Our drinks arrived, only to be placed at the opposite person because the waiter/waitress presumed who ordered what (this also happened at Caulders Cupar).

Food followed shortly, and for the money spent, we were shocked as to how little the portion size was, albeit very tasty.

Not long after, rudely interrupted, a waitress demanded we must pay her (as if we were going to run and not pay) rather than us asking for the bill.
If it wasn't for this, we'd have left them all a tip, but unfortunately she ruined the whole atmosphere once this happened.

I love coming to Le Jardin Cafe for breakfast or lunch. The staff and service are excellent. Never have to wait a long time to be served or for food to come to the table. Very efficient and excellent food. Good value for money too.
