Had een zwembad gekocht die na het opzetten en vol gooien met water lek bleek te zijn. Kon een nieuw badje aanschaffen en later die week mijn kapotte zwembad terugbrengen voor een volledige retour. Top service wat mij betreft.

Een grote chaos was het in de winkel, wij zijn er niet geslaagd puur omdat we door alle dozen, ons niet comfortabel voelen. We begrijpen dat er gevuld moet worden vanuit dozen. Maar als er bij werkelijk elk pad en stuk of 3 dozen staan, je amper een gangpad door kan lopen.... of überhaupt artikelen kan zien door de berg dozen er voor EN ze met zen 2en achter de kassa staan in de rust.... ja dan is mijn begrip weg, is er geen magazijn voor de voorraad oid? Het valt gewoon niet te beschrijven
