In spite of phone problems, it was not difficult to reach our driver. Then even with abominable traffic our driver remained friendly and good-humoured. A good experience.

I just had a wonderful experience of using taxi service from Rheddar taxi company today. Flight cancelled and then delayed again but the driver was very understanding and calmly understood the situation. Due to Storm the flight got delayed and then cancelled, nevertheless kudos to driver as he waited for the flight to arrive etc. I highly recommend taxi service especially for expats and + they also understand basic English 😊. 10/10 👍 going to use again their service as well as I travel frequently.

One small suggestion: the confirmation email after reservation should also mention the details of the driver and the rates in case the destination is different than the destination rates given on their website.

Super fijn bedrijf met lieve meedenkende mensen.
Mijn zoontje met autisme wordt iedere ochtend naar school en thuis gebracht.
Ik heb mijn zoon nog nooit zo blij van ons weg zien gaan en huppelend naar de taxi.
Communicatie is perfect en erg vriendelijk

1 dag van tevoren gereserveerd voor de volgende dag om 7.30 uur.
7.39 heb ik de 06 gebeld werd
niet opgenomen, om 7.42 079 gebeld niemand naam op.
Aangezien meneer mij s'nacht een app sturenof het door gaat . Slechte service EVER!!!

Ze zijn NIET komen opdagen.
