Oud Philips terrein dat herontwikkeld is. Door de slagbomen is het een beetje raar om met de auto erheen en eruit te komen. En de aanduiding waar je precies moet zijn is zeker niet handig.

Maar als je eenmaal binnen bent zijn het erg mooie kantoorgebouwen.

Amazing building. It has a lot of parking spaces, also EV chargers in front. There are elevators as well, if you don't want to climb the stairs. Picturesque view of the whole region at the garden terrace. There are also Sleeping pods present at the ground floor. Great office environment. The building houses many businesses.

Hier was in de oude kantine van Philips een deel van de design werk 2019 te zien. Leolux de meubel fabrikant uit Venlo heeft hier in samenwerking met studio lonk een lange bank gehad staan, om de bezoekers te laten ervaren hoe de leefruimte er in 2030 uit zou kunnen zien. Waarbij je leefruimte deelt met andere, die ook is aan te passen aan het moment. Hier voor hangen er panelen boven de bank. Die kon verschuiven om jou zit ruimte groter te maken. Dan wordt de ruimte van de buren kleiner!

Great area and building to study or work. The issue is that there are far too few parking spaces which can often result in long walks or people occupying spots that are reserved.

Heel mooi nieuw kantoor gebouw, ga hier iedere dag met plezier heen. Een dik pluspunt zijn de vele laadpunten voor elektrische auto's

Nieuw en toch oud? Zo is eindhoven zijn achtergrond ook weer gaan omzetten naar een trendy wijk ,area 51,cultuur meets, je daar!
