The lady of the morning shift at the front desk showed up very late (it’s supposed to be open at 9am), which made me get late to work. I arrived early and she called first someone that came after me. She treated. me in a very rude way. On the contrary, the lady of the afternoon shift was kind and helpful.

Great place for expats to get all information that you need when you are new in the city. Super helpful staff.
The team keeps running different online programs/info evenings which is great since as expats we are looking for information and these sessions come in handy.

To get early appointment, do check after every couple of hours, the initial appointment was mid of jan , but was able to get an appointment after 4 days. Also the staff is very warm and helpful.

Дуже пагано. Приїхали 8.30 з Зейсту ( я, дочка з 2-х літньою дитиною і 13 річна онука сирота). О 8.55 вийшов не знаю як назвати його і повідомив, що за попередні 3 дні ( понеділок, вівторок і середа) працівники міграційної служби дуже втомились і тому будуть приймати тільки з БСН Утрехта. Нікого не пропускав: ні вагітних, ні бвгатодітних, ні з мвлюсінькими дітьми... - без попередження на сайті, просто відмовляв, а декого з перекладачами пустив і з Гааги, і з Амстердаму- і нам відповів- Я ТАК ХОЧУ!-
