I had an incredibly frustrating experience at LaNeige Bridal. I purchased a fairly expensive dress while on a trip home from out of state, ensuring I ordered the correct size based on a sample I tried on. After waiting for the dress to arrive, we drove 9 hours to pick it up.

When I tried it on, it felt too tight, but the staff insisted it could be let out a bit and would fit perfectly. I assumed I had gained weight, but when I got home, my tailor measured me and confirmed my size hadn’t changed. It turned out LaNeige received a dress that was actually 6 sizes too small. They never bothered to check the size before handing it to me, despite their assurance that it was close to fitting.

When I called the shop, the manager suggested I must have been on my period, which was shocking and unprofessional. They showed no real apology and left me scrambling to find a new dress at the last minute. I ended up purchasing from another Margene’s Bridal.

To add insult to injury, LaNeige took weeks to refund me, claiming they had to wait for a refund from the dress maker first. I understand mistakes happen, but their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. If you don’t have the financial flexibility to buy a second dress without a refund, I would recommend going anywhere else.

LaNeige was the BEST! I went to 2 other bridal shops and it was by the far the best! I was asked so many questions I wouldn’t have even thought of! They showed me the dresses in different lightings and was so very patient and understanding and I had control of what I wanted to try on! Never once felt like I was being pushed to try on or purchase anything. I felt so comfortable and welcomed every time I went in! I would recommend LaNeige to anyone!

I went to multiple bridal shops in Boise/Meridian/Eagle and Laneige, by far, was the best experience. And not only because I found my dress here! Lauren & Brooklyn were both super sweet and helpful, made it a comfortable and fun experience. Not to mention the shop is super cute with old wood floors and twinkly lights, and a great location downtown. It really was the best place around, highly recommend!

Ayden was absolutely amazing to work with. She listened throughout my entire appointment and kept picking new dresses that fit the feedback. The dress I ended up getting was one she personally pulled and I absolutely fell in love with it! She made my experience over all very enjoyable and 0 stress! I only went to this shop, and none others to find my dress. I am so very pleased and greatly appreciate all the work she put into my appointment. I would highly recommend her and this shop to anyone looking for a gorgeous wedding dress!!

I realized that I had forgotten to come on here and leave a review! I got married almost 3 years ago and I still think about my wedding dress! I wish I could wear it every single day! It is the single most beautiful dress I have ever seen! The detail on the back was to die for! I had such a wonderful experience at LaNeige! The staff was amazing and treated me and my guests with kindness! They made me feel super relaxed while I went through the process of trying on dresses. There were so many options to pick from! I have always highly recommended LaNeige to anyone who is getting married!

I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at LaNeige! I went to the appointment thinking I knew what I was looking for, but kept an open mind (highly encourage any bride to try be open to lots of styles)! All of the dresses I tried were elegant, classy, and sophisticated, and Alexis was an AMAZING bridal consultant. My mom and sister came to the appointment with me, and we were treated to champagne:) Alexis was knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process and I am happy to say that I found a stunning dress at LaNeige!

Alexis was amazing and so helpful through the whole experience. Once I found my dress, I was worried about the length and she found time for me to come in the next day to try on the dress with my wedding shoes before we ordered it. The process was smooth and she pulled dresses based on what I was loving from each dress I tried on. Such special experience I am so grateful to have had!
