First off, let me start with the positives. The staff was very nice and check-in was painless. Unfortunately, the room had no toilet paper when we entered. Front desk was able to give us some after asking. That seems like a hard one to miss, but hey, no big deal.
Biggest complaint, is that the rooms do not have carpet. You will hear every footstep if someone is in the room above you. Unfortunately, we had toddlers and giants living above us, who didn’t sleep much. Staff was kind enough to speak with them, but after we were up in the morning in our bare feet we noticed it in our room ourselves. Pictures rattle on the wall just walking around. Hard to justify this hotel after staying next door at the Radisson, which is a much better experience overall. We were thankful to find a room here though at the last minute. Fine in a pinch, but wouldn’t recommend.

One of the best and most accommodating hotels I have stayed in, in a long time. The staff here are great and some of the friendliest people I have met. The manager, Mari, is a phenomenal manager and always quick to resolve issues or conflicts. Kailey, Zach, and Kaitlyn are amazing at their jobs and have not once failed to help my family or I when we needed something. The rooms are modern and exceptionally nice and comfy. Highly recommended place to stay.

Positive: The staff was nice. The room was clean, Negative: The worst breakfast in a hotel I have ever experienced, There were three yogurts the first morning. The second morning there wasn't even any coffee during the breakfast hours. I think this hotel is very short staffed and they did not keep up restocking.

Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was clean and everything worked. Quiet and comfortable. The breakfast options are limited but I found enough to eat so it got the job done. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Night shift lady was great, very accommodating. Negative: Had to park next door cause the parking lot was full, called and asked for a top floor room after booking due to working nights and sleeping during the day was told no problem then found out ?no top floor rooms were available? when I checked in.

Front entrance is not really friendly to wheelchair or baby stroller. Rooms floor has never been mopped or cleaned wouldn’t recommend for a family stay. During out 8 night stay we only received one time housekeeping. Front desk said you can take your own trash and if you need towels come and grab them. Breakfast is non existent, (fake advertisement) they have cold breakfast which is cold boiled eggs in a bag with cold yogurt.. coffee I didn’t see at all. Most hotels have coffee complementary all day,. This place locks cold boiled eggs with a lock lol… most hotels in the area were sold out and we paid full week in advance so we had to stay here..

The girl at the front desk was very ignorant and uninformed about her job. When asked what was being charged on the screen she told me she wasn’t charging for anything and didn’t know what it was for. She then accused us of being confrontational for asking a simple question she them refused service. Mind you my rooms were paid for on Priceline already and was only wanting to know why it was saying it was charging another $127. I had her call the police. She was rude and rolled her eyes at us the entire time

Brand new hotel with fresh new rooms. Room and bathroom was spotless clean. Just the fridge were so loud, that we had to switch it off during the night. The sound was really enoying.
