We have had the privilege of working with Matt Le Baron and his team on two occasions. We worked with him when we first moved to Idaho and were buying a home. He was very knowledgeable about the current buying market at the time and had some fantastic advice to ensure our offer stood out among the rest. Even though there were several other offers on the home, our offer was accepted due to following Matt’s guidance. When it came time to sell our home we knew exactly who to call, and Matt was just as exemplary and knowledgeable on the selling side. He came to our meeting prepared with detailed examples of current comparable homes and what he was going to do to make our home stand out among the thousands of others in the area and how he will maximize the number of views our property gets. The sale of our home was exactly as Matt predicted and our home sold on the first day. I've worked with Matt since about 2009 during the near collapse of the Real Estate market. He helped me navigate the purchase of two bank owned properties as investments for my self directed IRA. His knowledge of the market and winsome ways facilitated timely and profitable returns on those investments. Working with Matt has been a great experience and a pleasure. Selling my Mom's home of 52 years after her passing was very difficult. Choosing Matt to sell our house was the best decision we ever made! I would give him 10 stars if I could!! We had a unique situation (selling our Meridian house while living in another country). And we had just came off a horrendous experience with a property manager. So to say we were nervous to hire someone else, is a massive understatement. But we needn't have worried, Matt went above and beyond for us! He not only had a great plan to sell our house quickly, but he took care of all the details of getting our house ready to sell including, making all the phone calls, arranging jobs and showing up at our house to make sure the work was being done correctly. Nothing was ever to much to ask of him! If he has one strength I would say it's communication, which was high on our priority list. He was in touch with me almost daily, even if it was just a quick text to let me know what was being done with the house and what his daily plans were to get it on the market. I always appreciated knowing exactly where we were in the process and never had any doubt he was working efficiently for our best. It didn't take long before we 100% trusted him (which was a big change from our property manager). Not only is he trustworthy, but he is just about the friendliest person you will meet! We may not have had the privilege of meeting him in person, but his friendliness put us at ease during all those many phone calls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt if you're thinking of selling or buying! If we make it back to the Boise area we definitely plan on using him again to buy our next home.
