Love their pho and vegetarian vermicelli bowls. Vietnamese coffee is on point too they made it fresh straight from the dripping cup. Waitress is really nice and attentive to every table even when its only her working that day. Took good care of us and really friendly.
On the other hand, kitchen guys were arguing in the back pretty loud and i hoped they know that there are viet customers too that we can understand their arguments really clear. Not my business but everyone in the dining area was confused and especially when its rush time and they saw customers coming in but still arguing real loud. Besides that we did enjoyed our food and service was great ?

So I travel around the west coast and am now in Boise. So of course I tried the pho. Pros: the soup had a very good flavor. The restaurant is modern, clean, and you can see inside the kitchen (that's a good thing with some nasty kitchens I've come across) The summer rolls were "ok". I've had way better. Cons: only a few pho selections on the menu. I've seen pages and pages of different pho at every other restaurant, but only a few here. The service was pretty bad, the servers were way behind and couldn't control the action. There was a crowd inside but it wasn't THAT busy. Took a while to get a menu (almost just got up and got it myself) Didn't get a refill on my water, server forgot the order and had to ask again. The website name is more clever than the restaurant name (Idapho vs Pho Le).

Have been hearing about this place and it s GREAT food, atmosphere and Robert was so very kind as I can tell you he really enjoys his work with people. This is a place that makes you feel like family

The guy serving us did an excellent job in making sure we had a great experience. He was very easy to talk with and made sure all our needs were met. The beef pho-medium had the perfect amount of pho, beef, soup, and greens. Despite being a Friday, the restaurant wasn’t as busy.

スープがあっさりしてるのに、しっかりとした味で美味しかったです。料金もリーズナブル！店員さんも丁寧で親切でした。こちらのフォーは大きさを選べますが、S、Ｍだと少し物足りないかも。ラージをオススメします。

It’s very unfortunate that they do not feel grateful for us coming in to eat lunch here. Very rude for no reason. I got a large pho with 3 slices of beef.. nothing else in there but noodles. $17 for a bowl of soup & all you put is 3 slices of meat is absurd. I asked for extra limes & sprouts and they charged me $4… like are you serious. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here after this experience.

Excellent food and service! I tried the spring rolls and beef & shrimp vermicelli. The spring rolls were fresh and the accompanying dipping sauce was delicious. The beef was tender and flavorful; shrimp was cooked perfectly with no "fishy" taste. Service was quick and friendly but not overbearing. The decor is tasteful and felt relaxing.
